SHIPPING

I am currently shipping from Portugal, using an international tracked and signed mail delivery service (from CTT). You will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking information once your items are on their way to you.

Overseas customers will not be able to track their order after it arrives in their country; once the order crosses the border, the shipping services I use are no longer able to track it. From that point on, it should take a few days to get to you. Postal services might require a signature upon delivery.

If you live outside the European Union, your order might be subject to customs processing and additional charges. I take no responsibility for those charges at this time.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

I am not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, and items that may get lost in the post once sent are out of my control. Postal services might require a signature upon delivery, and return the package to me if there's no one home. If that happens, I can ship the order again but the shipping should again be paid for by the customer.

Refunds are only possible if and when the package is returned to me.

I also do not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges/sales tax or any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before purchasing.

STANDARD SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Portugal – 2-5 days once posted.
Europe – 4-8 days once posted.
Rest of the world – 8-15 days once posted.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you wish to return your item, contact info@litulla.com within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided.

Exchanges and returns must be shipped back with a tracked service, and the return shipping as well as shipping back to the customer should be paid for by the customer. I expect the item to be in perfect condition with tags.
